Breaking News: Castro Feared Dead After Boat Crash With Ghanian Striker Asamoah Gyan

I'm really hoping that this news is false. I pray to God that it is false. News broke out on Twitter just a  few minutes ago that ghanian hit-maker Castro drowned and died as a result of a boat crash. He wasn't alone on the boat. Popular ghanian striker Asamoah Gyan was a victim of the accident as well but is said to be alive.

Castro recently got major air plays for his hit song with Sarkodie titled "Adonai" which is one of my favourites till date. He also has "Odo Paa" and "African girls" to his hit record. GOD!

Let's pray this news is false. I pray to God that it isn't true.

Read the report according to www.ghanasoccernet.com below:

"Ghana striker Asamoah Gyan is said to have survived a boat accident but unconfirmed reports reaching GHANAsoccernet.com suggests his musician friend, Castro, perished.
The Black Stars captain was taking his friends numbering about 30 out on a usual boat cruise in Ada when the accident occurred on Sunday afternoon.
Gyan usually rents out a yacht to accommodate close family members and friends whenever he is in town for holidays.
GHANAsoccernet.com is however reliably informed that the said yacht was unavailable this time around as it had been sent out for repairs.
The group therefore resorted to using ski boats this term.
Castro, an iconic Ghanaian hiplife musician and a close friend of Asamoah Gyan was said to have taken one of the boats out on a cruise on the Volta Lake alongside an unnamed female friend while the others continued with their relaxation at shore.
Hours later, the ski boat was said to have been found without both Castro and his female friend.
A mounted search which has lasted hours now is yet to yield any positive results."
